FCS Manager (Cincinnati or Dayton Ohio)

As a FCS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing both our Family and Community Services specialists and our Parent and Youth ambassadors. The primary purpose of these teams is to help individuals in the state of Ohio in various capacities including finding quality childcare, housing, job training, foster care and more.  

We are looking for talented people with:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social or equivalent field OR equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in social services, early childhood education, leadership or project management.
• Excellent communicator both oral and written.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• An ability to travel between both Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio.
