OhioKAN Kinship and Adoption Navigator

As a Kinship and Adoption Navigator you will directly partner with OhioKAN by providing information and referral services to families who are interested in the kinship adoption process. The adoption navigator will respond to inquiries from customers, document all cases in the database and build relationships with external customers.

We are looking for talented people with:

• Associates degree or similar experience in social services
• Excellent customer service experience required
• Ability to work both the 9AM to 5:00 shift and 10:30 to 6:30 each week. Schedule will alternate   
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role
